Becoming You Again

When life breaks open — through loss, divorce, empty nest, identity shifts, burnout, or major transitions — you often lose parts of yourself along the way. The version of you that once felt solid may feel distant. You may not recognize your reflection. You may not trust your voice. You may feel in-between — no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.

“Becoming you again” is not about returning to your old self. It’s about:
