Becoming You Again
When life breaks open — through loss, divorce, empty nest, identity shifts, burnout, or major transitions — you often lose parts of yourself along the way. The version of you that once felt solid may feel distant. You may not recognize your reflection. You may not trust your voice. You may feel in-between — no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.
“Becoming you again” is not about returning to your old self. It’s about:
remembering what’s true
rediscovering what lights you up
reconnecting with your strengths
hearing your inner voice again
trusting your needs
reclaiming joy
exploring new desires
meeting the new version of yourself with love
Travel, solitude, and movement often accelerate this transformation — giving you space to see yourself with clarity and compassion. These journal prompts guide you as you re-enter your life with honesty, curiosity, and a growing sense of self.
