Where Am I Going?

Now that I'm in my solo travel era, I am beyond excited for all the adventures ahead! There’s nothing like the anticipation of planning new trips—discovering new places, soaking in different cultures, and embracing those spontaneous moments that make travel so unforgettable. Whether I’m heading somewhere completely new or revisiting old favorites, I know each journey will bring its own magic. I can’t wait to take in stunning landscapes, try incredible local food, and create memories that I’ll cherish forever!

London
November 2025

Since my summer trip to the UK didn’t work out, I decided to make up for it with a little holiday magic in London. Christmas has always been my favorite time of year, and few places celebrate it quite like this city. From glittering window displays to cozy markets and twinkling lights on every corner, I’m planning a last-minute getaway to soak in as many festive sights as possible — and maybe sneak in a Harry Potter stop (or two) along the way.

Honolulu, Hawaii
December 2025

Again, not a solo trip, but for Christmas this year, I'm off to a family vacation in Honolulu for 10 days filled with sunshine laughter, and sandy beaches instead of snow! After my husband passed away, I brought the kids to Hawaii, and I wasn't sure how I'd handle a holiday without snow. But let me tell you, Honolulu was bursting with Christmas spirit—who knew palm trees could get so decked out? It was absolutely magical, and I highly recommend it—just don’t forget your sunscreen and leave the snow shovels behind!

Norwegian Getaway
Eastern Caribbean
January 2026

So many cruises to choose from—but with some use-it-or-lose-it rewards burning a hole in my account, I booked this solo cruise at the eleventh hour. It’s a roundtrip sailing from Miami with stops in St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, Antigua, the Dominican Republic, and Great Stirrup Cay. I’m on a mission to cruise every Norwegian ship and visit every Caribbean island. I’ve been to a few of these places before, but this itinerary lets me tick off even more bucket list stops.

Norwegian Luna
Transatlantic

Maiden Voyage
March 2026

I enjoyed my first transatlantic maiden voyage so much, I decided to book another one! This time, I'll be heading to Rome to board the brand new Norwegian Luna for it's first sailing to Miami. Of course, I'll arrive a few days ahead so I can explore all that Rome has to offer!
